About Elwartowski Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is what we do. Since we don't do shock treatment's, heat, load you up with supplements, and put smelly creams on you, we can see our patients on a walk in basis. This mean's if you are driving by and you want to stop in for an adjustment unannounced, you can. If therapy other than adjustments are needed we refer out to a physical therapist or massage therapist. 

We have digital X-Ray on site, no need to refer you to Scott & White or Seton to get X-Rays done while further delaying the time to get care.




Brian Elwartowski, DC



Brian Elwartowski is a Palmer Graduate, his family is a legacy family at Palmer, meaning he is the 15th out of currently 22 chiropractors in his family. He has done chiropractic abroad in Brazil, practiced in Phoenix for 8 years and in 2006 opened up his practice in Marble Falls. His patients' age base is range's from birth to 90+, with additional training for care with pediatrics and pregnant women. During his time of practice he has worked on multiple pro, college, and amateur athletes in various sports. We strive to give you the best chiropractic care, if we can't help you, we will help you find the type of care you need.
